[ENGLISH TRANSLATION] Eight by IU prod.&feat. SUGA of BTS

I tried translating the lyrics as soon as I heard the song and uploaded it on my Twitter page once finished. You could check the contents here:

MY INTERPRETATION 

I actually felt sad after interpreting the lyrics that I translated and even sadder when I listened to the song while knowing the meaning of every line IU and Suga sang and rapped respectively.
After interpreting the lyrics, I have come up to this:

1.) It is a very very sad song. The melody seems kinda upbeat but do not be fooled~ It's a sad love song.
2.) It's about someone who left you without warning but you still hold on to that person that you believe that you two would meet again, through that island called memories.
3.) You still hold on to that person that you could not forget him/her. Thus, holding on to that memory.
4.) The song explained how difficult longing is~ Missing that person so badly.
5.) The title is 'Eight' because the person is considering it forever~ Even if the person is not there, the person remained with you forever through those memories. Forever Young because you were stuck on that memory. Forever. Infinity. Eight.
6.) As I browsed my translation over and over, I somehow felt that the person is about a love who has left in this world, maybe now in Heaven~ I'm not really sure but I kind of felt like that. A love that left without notice~ sounds painful right?
